I wish I could give them more because everyone was very nice, but after we were told how much it cost and then started unpacking, things just got worse. First of all. We used them to unload our truck into a storage unit when we first moved here and did not have a home yet. We had over scheduled how long they would be working. We weren’t allowed a refund for that even though we didn’t use them for the whole time we scheduled. Instead they gave us a credit for a truck and travel or whatever. It took them 8.5 hours to load and unload the truck into 2 trips. When we started unboxing, boxes and furniture were not where they were supposed to be. We had said we will direct them on where to put things and that just wasn’t done. We were having to search for things when they should have all been together. It was just really frustrating we thought they were quick to unload all of our stuff into our storage unit but then this job took a long time and a lot of our boxes were ruined and it was just really difficult to find our stuff. At one point we had told them a specific color of furniture went into a primary bedroom and they didn’t even put all of that furniture in the room they left it in the garage. For the amount of money we paid I just expected it to be better. We do plan on moving again in the future so unfortunately this company will not be used. David and his crew did a fabulous job offloading our household goods. They took over a job that another company completely messed up made what would have been a disastrous move much more bearable. They were all courteous, hard working, efficient, and careful with our items. I will recommend David and his guys to anyone and everyone that needs moving services. Albert and John were the movers. They let me know they were on their way and they called again to confirm their arrival time. They got to the house and began working expediently respecting the white carpet that the house has by laying runners down so they wouldn’t track anything on the carpet. These two guys did an outstanding job. You couldn’t ask for more personality, more professionalism, and more care and empathy about the move that they performed.
